Can you use skip counting or multiplication to find the total number of triangles in this array?
I had a great week in school. In math we learned about arrays. An array is a rectangle with equal rows and equal columns. This is an array: I can multiply 3 x 6 = 18 to find the total of this array. Or I can skip count: 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18. Arrays are so much easier than counting by 1. They help by having rows and columns so you can skip count. Arrays can really help you count, skip count and solve multiplication!
